Terms of Service

These terms govern a merchant's use of Sutyx by Tanturo, operated by Ecomm Optimiser Private Limited.

The service

Sutyx connects to merchant-authorized commerce, advertising, analytics, checkout, and operational systems to produce funnel, attribution, revenue, and return-on-ad-spend reporting. Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of the connected data sources and should be treated as analytical estimates rather than accounting records.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants must have authority to connect each account and must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and platform terms. Merchants are responsible for reviewing the output before making business decisions.

Access and security

Merchants must protect their account access and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, connected platforms, or other users.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ecomm Optimiser Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from unavailable services, third-party data, or decisions based on analytical output.

Termination

A merchant may stop using the service by disconnecting integrations or uninstalling the app. We may stop providing the service for breach, security risk, or legal necessity. Data is handled after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.
